In January 2017, 68% of men were overweight or obese and 58% of women. (Baker, 2017).

We are a nation that spend our lives dieting! Some estimates state that more than 80% of people who diet will infact regain all, if not more, of the intial weight lost.

I don’t believe in diets. I spent 30 years dieting and suffering from eating disorders and nothing worked for me. I will never forget the day I quit sugar. It was hard. It was lonely. But I persevered and it worked! It worked because I changed my mindset and stopped dieting; I changed my lifestyle.

A habit is a behaviour that is formed automatically, where our actions happen as a result of our subconscious. 

New habits do not remove the old habits, it just means the new habits need to be stronger than the old to play the dominant role. To do this, the new habits must be actioned daily for the full 66 days!

Our Process

The 3-step process is used for all clients. The health concern will always be different. The goals will always be different. But the objective will always be the same; to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Step 1

We will have a personal consultation to talk over your current lifestyle habits and mindset, highlighting any past or current factors that may trigger your unhealthy relationship with food. All information is completely confidential. I have been in your shoes! I understand.

Step 2

I may look to perform some blood sugar tests if I feel this may be a cause for concern. Once we have identified your habits and lifestyle patterns we then work through your goals and targets. Remember this is not a diet so goals and targets will be for a lifestyle change.

Step 3

With all information in hand, I will then work on a tailored, personalised programme for you, with a full schedule of meal plans, recipes, 121 support if needed, worksheets, educational materials and so much more to get your new, healthy habits formed.
