The word Bircher is just another name for overnight oats. I make up several at a time in glass storage jars by putting all the dry ingredients in ready, and the night before you just add the milk, yogurt and the berries before putting in the fridge and... voila, in the morning your breakfast is ready!

  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds, yogurt and milk and stevia if you are using
  2. Add the berries, seeds and chopped nuts
  3. Then give it a big stir, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight
  4. It's that simple!
